Dan Oakes

Sales Representative / Team Leader

Born and raised in Ottawa, Dan is Sales Represenatative and Team Lead for the Oakes Home Team based at the EV Ottawa Central Glebe Shop. Dan has had the pleasure of serving clients in the Ottawa area, both in commercial, investment and residential real estate for the last two decades. He is as passionate about this industry as he is about his love for skiing and sailing. Dan has the distinct privilege of being known as a client representative that gets deals to the finish line. Along with delivering access to his slate of strategic partners in all aspects of home interior design, maintenance and repair, Dan is pleased to offer his clients a full service experience regardless of the value of their home. Dan has been instrumental in supporting investor clients and regularly offers educational videos on how to evaluate investment properties with his team of investment industry experts.

Chris Oakes

Chris, born and raised in Ottawa, developed a love for the city by getting out and being active in it. He loves the outdoors whether it’s camping with friends, working on projects at the cottage, cycling around new neighborhoods, downhill skiing at nearby hills or barefoot water skiing on a beautiful lake. He loves to cook and enjoy great meals with friends and family and is the proud dog dad to a small pup named Myrtle.

Mieka Bourada

Sales Representative

Mieka was born and raised in Ottawa and has a profound love for the city. She has always found fulfillment through helping others.

At a young age through the sale of her family’s home, she realized the impact an advisor can have on the experience of purchasing or selling real estate. She worked in the fitness industry and built a successful personal training business by providing a high level of customer service and prioritizing client’s goals.

Some of her favourite hobbies include: weight lifting, swimming, recreational sports, reading and long walks with her dog.
